90 minute massage therapy treatment, followed by 20 minutes infrared sauna.

Massage Therapy + Infrared Sauna

Therapeutic relaxation style massage with medium-firm pressure. 

Note, all 2 hours treatments will be a combination of massage therapy with one of the following modalities 
- Fascial Stretch Therapy (please wear comfortable, athletic-style clothing)
- Lymph Drainage Therapy
- CranioSacral Therapy
- SomatoEmotional Release

Return Visit - Massage Therapy & Integrative Bodywork

60 minutes of Registered Massage Therapy (RMT), followed by 30 minutes of CranioSacral Therapy with a focus on trauma integration. You will be billed for 60 minutes of RMT ($100). The final 30 minutes of this treatment is offered free of charge. This promotion is suited for client's interested in exploring their somatic experience of a traumatic event, and is being offered for a limited time while Breanne works toward completing hours for Somatic Experiencing Practitioner certification.
