Somatic Experiencing Touch

Description

These one-hour, fully clothed sessions offer a supportive space to explore nervous system regulation, stress recovery, and healing from overwhelm or trauma while resting on a massage table. Somatic Experiencing touch work helps bring awareness to subtle physical cues, allowing the body to complete protective responses that may have been interrupted while under threat. These sessions may be helpful for clients seeking support around traumatic experiences, as well as those interested in becoming more attuned to their nervous system in daily life—cultivating greater capacity, resilience, and self-regulation. Each session is guided by your body’s natural pace. Gentle touch at areas like the feet, shoulders, or hips, light dialogue, and moments of quiet attention help support grounding, integration, and a deeper sense of connection to self. Free until Breanne receives her "Somatic Experiencing Practitioner" certification.
